About me 

I have always been drawn to textures - to the feelings they can awaken. Like a scent that returns you to another place or time, a surface can hold something intangible: a memory, an emotion, a presence. Art is how I explore those sensations and give form to an inner world.

My practice begins with the material. Through my intuitive yet intentional manipulation I let the clay reveal its inherent characteristics. Making each piece an expression of this exchange. One shaping the other.

Ceramics brings me closest to this. Working with earth and transforming it into objects that become part of our everyday rituals feels both ancient and deeply meaningful. Especially when I dig up and collect my own clay and minerals.

A cup held each morning, a bowl shared around a table, or an object simply admired for its presence can become part of the way we experience beauty in daily life. Objects with playful curiosity that can be felt as much as seen.
